Running with a baby stroller can be a great way to get in shape but it can be very dangerous not only for you but for your loved one as well. There are lots of hazards you must be aware of. If you don’t take the necessary precautions you and your baby might get seriously hurt.
It’s easy to run when you don’t have any kids. Other than a pair of shoes it doesn’t take much to start running. But when you have kids it takes a lot of time and effort to pack up your stuff and take your love once on a jog around the park. You must take precautions to protect each other from getting hurt.

It’s well worth it to start jogging and sticking with it. It can increase your fitness level in no time. After a short period of time you will start to feel the benefits of your hard work. You might lose a few pounds but the best of all is that you have made a decision and stuck with it. The hardest part is showing up but once you start you will enjoy running more and more.
I remember the first time I started jogging with my son in his stroller. What a nightmare. When I finally returned home I was so stressed out I thought I was going to have a heart attack. The stroller was all over the place, my son was bouncing in and out of the stroller and the whole ordeal was a stressful nightmare. Over time as I got better at jogging and dealing with a stroller things got better. We invested in a jogging stroller with inflatable tires, which made the whole journey a million times easier, and a hell of a lot more fun.
After a while we started taking the dog with us. Owning a black lab he needs exercise so I decided to try multitasking walking the dog and jogging at the same time. Once everybody knew the routine it worked out great.
